1. The Crown Plaza across the river which I've previously stayed at is on par and they did not charge for parking and I think wired Internet was free there.
"$15 for Internet & $15 to self park per day " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/8/2012 Vote
2. I avoided this by parking on the street (free until 8am) and feeding the meter the next morning, but it was a pain to go down every 2 hours to put another buck in.

3. totally worth it if you get one), good downtown location if you need to be near downtown for business, parking is covered and free, overall condition of room was amazing CONS: somewhat slow internet (and you must pay for it, but this is normal for a hyatt), there was paint peeling from above the shower (I could reach up and take off a few huge chunks if I wanted), the A/C in room acted funny and it automatically turns off if you open window (which I didn't), NO FRIDGE in rooms.
"Get a River side room, wow, never new Jacksonville was so pretty " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/11/2011 Vote
4. Also if you didn't want to pay for parking on the weekend, you can park on the street for free.

5. We had a room with 2 queen beds, buffett breakfast Sat & Sun, 2 drink tickets on Fri and Sat and free self parking, all for $149 per night - within walking distance of ALL three of the Jazz Fest stages.
"Best Jazz Fest Package " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2011 Vote
6. I think if your paying for a room it should include free parking.

8. I would not return becasue the parking cost $15/day and as for the other 2 hotels, there was free parking and Internet-- we were just as happy.
"Good hotel--location good and bad " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/5/2009 Vote
9. As seems to be often the case, the more expensive the hotel, the more expensive the extras are - breakfast and parking were expensive, and there's no free in-room internet.
"Beautiful hotel, pricy extras " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/23/2009 Vote
10. If you are there on a weekend, you can park for free in the courthouse parking lot next to the hotel instead of paying the $15.00 parking garage fee.
"Nice stay at the Hyatt " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/24/2009 Vote
11. What Was Wonderful: the conference and exhibit area, my super-comfy room with a view of the river, ease of parking in connected garage, proximity to restaurants and free concerts at the nearby Jacksonville Landing, concierge service (they have these nice little pre-made slips of written directions to the beaches and other popular destinations), toiletries that smell like gingerWhat Could Have Been Better: room cleaning service was slow and not that detail-oriented; one of the groups meeting at the hotel was some organization of older teenagers and they were unchaperoned - hotel staff just looked the other way at their disruptive and inappropriate (sometimes lewd) behaviorsEnded Up Really Annoyed That: wireless internet access is indeed free, but I arrived assuming that meant in my room.
"Pretty Fabulous Despite Full House Environment " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/16/2007 Vote
