1. The complimentary breakfast and free tea or coffee at any time was a real bonus as the other 2 hotels we stayed we had to pay for it.

12. The heartbreak hotel advertise breakfast as free, but so do Holiday inn express and at least with them in the USA you get scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, yogurt, waffles, pancakes with proper juice etc.

15. Our stay was made very easy with the hotels free shuttle into memphis, clean rooms with a kitchenette inclucing microwave and fridge (not found in many motels) also their complementary breakfast was the best we found.

16. On a positive note, continental breakfast is included and the staff are friendly with a free shuttle service to Sun Studios and Beale Street.

17. The Heartbreak was wonderful as far as the lobby, gift shop,the bar, the eating area (they have a free continental breakfast and it is pretty good).

People have to understand that you are not stopping in a 5 star hotel, this is a hotel that is themed in the 50's & 60's and if you are a true fan, you will want to stay here for the whole package with ELVIS movies played in the dining room in the evenings and on the televisions 24/7 and also ELVIS radio on sirius playing 24/7, it is fabulous and we would never contemplate staying anywhere else, the added bonus of this hotel is the breakfast, ok it's not a las vegas buffet, but it is sufficient to get you through until later in the day and it is free and also you must take advantage of the shuttle bus services into downtown memphis which saves you a fortune in taxis.

27. Also, they have free shuttle transportation to downtown Memphis with a quirky driver that loves to tell Elvis stories and a free continental breakfast with bagels, waffles,doughnuts, orange juice, milk, and lots of fruits.
