1. I get to my new, very small, room.
2. What I mean is that the furniture was all very worn, inexpensive and too small for the large room.
3. One small negative, the bellboy who took us to our room was not familiar enough with the property, and he couldn't find it without our help.
4. There is one small parking lot, and a parking garage both are a good distance from the rooms - we had a 7 minute walk to our room.
5. No request was too small and we were even upgraded to a bigger room with a walkout patio.
6. My room had a vaguely 'mission' decor but the furniture was not even real wood and the veneer was chipping off - quite a disgrace given that this style is all about function, honest materials, etc. My room was absolutely tiny with a small window, a dirty skylight and worn carpet.

7. 2) Ocatilla Lounge- The lounge is too small for such a large wing with so many rooms / guests.
8. We had a great time at this distinct and special resort, but there's some room for improvement, specifically: - No free morning coffee, in fact a small coffee in a paper cup cost $4.10 - horrible self parking options (e.

9. long walk with bags) - no ice near hotel room (guests must call room service and wait long for delivery) - fitness room too small/ crowded - no ability to make tennis reservations prior to arriving at resort - lots of reserved signs on poolside lounge chairs that never got used (at least 20%) - significant daily resort feeEven with the above issues, it's stll a really nice resort: - buildings, grounds, fountains and artwork are top notch - service was professional, efficient and friendly - food at Frank & Albert's was very good - loved sitting by firepit and fountain - free 18 hole putting course was fun and good way to enjoy grounds - nice tennis courts - comfy beds - lots of pools.

10. Our room was a bit small, and while comfortable, it did not have a view but looked out onto a rooftop directly outside our room.
11. Room was well appointed and looked over garden area, with small hilltop just off the grounds.
12. Kinda weird all of us sitting in a small little room with your (uncomfortable) robes on.
13. * Outlet in bathroom didn't work* Glass light in one headboard could not be turned off via switch* Wireless Internet access did not work* Outlet next to bed did not work* Phone line was crossed with another room, received calls from adjacent room (6141)* Sliding plantation shutter door stuck* Front door latch loose* Small item- maid left cleaning rag on back of chairThis is a list of small items, but there are so many issues it makes me wonder what kind of inspections are done to ensure things are well-maintained.

14. From cottages (small but cozy)scattered about the spacious grounds (some with jacuzzi and private grassy areas that would be perfect for large family reunions), to small rooms located inside the main buliding, or larger rooms located in outer bulidings (many of the outer bulidings have separate swimming pools), or the larger villas.
15. The bathrooms, in the Ocatilla rooms, are tiled and very nice with a separate toilet room (very very small - 2 1/2 foot by 5 foot - too small for a large person), double sinks, large shower stall and good size bath tub.
16. We have stayed in the Terrace Rooms (with a small quiet pool for guests) which have either ground floor private patios or private balconies on the upper floors.
17. Our cottage room was small, old and smelled extremely musty.
18. We rented a one room 'cottage', which was small, but well-appointed, comfortable, bright and clean.
19. Had a very pleasant stay in Arizona Biltmore for 3 days - room was spacious and beds small but comfortable.
20. Bad: Our room was very small and in disrepair.
21. The exclusive setting has a private fire pit, good size pool with spa - very quiet - away from the family area ( Paradise pool with small water slide) Access to the Executive Lounge comes with an Ocitilla room and includes continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, free happy hour with good selection of wine and beer, chef's appetizers and delicious evening desserts.
22. I had 2 small puppies and they had treats in the room upon arrival.
23. The commode was in a separate, but very small, room.
24. For example, if you stay in the Garden rooms, expect to stay in a small room that was designed in the '20s and was kind of updated sometime in the '60's.
25. A key feature is virtually no electrical outlets, small, New York City type bathrooms, and an ancient in room heating/AC unit.
26. The steam room and sauna are small.
27. The hotel property was incredibly large with beautiful gardens, small private cottages and multi-room buildings.
28. The room had no self-make coffee pot and the 3-cup small pot of coffee from room service was $9.
29. The lounge is good, but the limited hours and small size given the number of rooms in the wing made it very crowded at times.
30. The room was small and had little space to move around.
31. The room was small and very noisy from the outside and an 80's party one night.
32. The room was small with filthy, ripped up carpeting, a small, extremely old television and the worst hotel bed I have slept on in ages.
33. Our only issue with the room was the size of the bathroom- too small.
34. The rooms are a tad on the small side by modern luxury standards, but adequate and very nicely appointed.
35. I did not want to be in a small hotel room, with my young children, where chemicals would be sprayed and my youngest did not want to get back on the bed after that so I asked if we could move us to another room.
36. My room was part of a building that had a small very private feeling pool in the courtyard.
37. Our room was the standard or classic room, very nice, but the bathroom is a bit small.
38. The room was small and badly renovated.
39. We stayed in a first floor Valley Wing room with a small patio and it was very nice.
40. Upon arriving to the hotel at night, I tried to find the room but the little map and signs around the hotel were small and difficult to find.
41. In room safe is not large enough for a small laptop.
42. Upgraded king room bathroom is shabby and the shower very small.
43. the rooms are very small with no views.
44. About 30 minutes after arriving in our room, the kitchen delivered a small plate of 4 dessert samplers and two bottles of water compliments of the Biltmore for being Hhonors members.
45. One additional caveat, the rooms are small (I was in a deluxe king room in the main building), and at night I could clearly hear conversations in the next room as well as outside on the patio two stories below.
