1. We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Renton, WA despite 2 bad reviews and were very pleased and surprised to find that this hotel has been recently renovated and our visit was very pleasant.

2. What really bothers me is that it was bad enough that my new wife and myself and family were subjected to these conditions, but numerous guests that I referred were also, and this is a reflection on me personally which is unacceptable.
