1. Lite sleepers should bring earplugs as there might be some minor train horns and traffic from the busy freeway but it isn't that bad as the train is pretty far away.

2. It's in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to Platte Street and very easy to get to the Downtown area or the freeways.

3. Budget Host Inn is a good deal for the expensive downtown Denver area, its location is on a perch near the freeway and downtown is even within walking distance (20-30 minutes on foot), as I walked from it numerous times at night (be careful as there are cars everywhere but it is for pedestrians).
