1. At the base of the condo is a great little store/deli, an activity desk, a rental shop, and a terrific restaurant (went there for breakfast, dinner and happy hour!) On the other side of Maui Oceanfront, is Sorrento's (another restaurant that we thought was mediocre for the high prices.

2. It's also on the far extremity of the 'resort stretch', so it's just a little too far to walk for dinner, and my wife & I generally do not mind walking at all.

5. The room was a very small, MAYBE 10X10 and outside the window was a patio that the next door restaurant used for outdoor seating!there was a party of 10-12 people inches away from our window/wall was having dinner.

7. The downsides: small rooms, no pool, no ocean views to speak of, and if you go out for dinner when you get back the parking lot will be over-crowded because of the restaurant.
