1. I really liked the size of the villa, and all the included amenities for cooking/cleaning (dish washing soap, plenty of dish washing detergent, paper towels, plastic garbage bags, etc.).

2. The property is stellar - beautifully maintained, 3 pools each with different amenities, hot tubs reserved for families, adults, kids, great pool bar and restaurant and upscale restaurant with patio dining, bar with good happy happy specials, in lovely location.

3. I'm sure the full unit has all the amenities you could want, but I can't imagine why they would put a family of four up in such a small, inadequate space for a week except that these are the 'lock offs' that the full unit owners trade away for an additional week there, so they have a bunch of the lock-offs vacant.
