1. I can't go on enough about the quick response to any issue we may have and how the staff is so responsive to their guests.

Positives: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the tower rooms have a jacuzzi bathtub that is unlike any other in downtown disney ~ this is soooo amazing after a long day at the parkNegatives: Outdated and could stay at nicer places for the same price If they update this hotel it could be right up there with the hilton/buena vista palace because of the amazing bath tub.

4. made it to the hotel earlier then check in time had 2 babies with me the staff was kind enough to check us in, the room was beautiful and very clean what ever i needed the staff made sure we receive, the hotel staff were very kind and courteous the bus transportation was nice and ride was smooth sailing, when i return next year will be sure to pick this hotel again.

5. The good: fab location, continuous theme park shuttles, a sparkling pool, newer bedding, grab-n-go-market, Disney help desk, hotel staff service and friendliness.

6. Had the accomodations been clean and comfortable, without the excessive penny pinching, I would have recommended the place solely based on its staff.

10. The hotel staff was very helpful how ever if you are driving in the parking was a pain and the cost was $10 per day and the gates were also a pain and confusing you need a special card to open the gates to get in and out.
