1. Tiles were coming off the floor, shower was leaking greatly, everything was yellow, as I lay there in the middle of the night thinking about how disgusting this place was, I saw bugs crawling on my boys bed beside me.

2. Hotel across the street is double the price, I was just looking for a clean/neat and safe place to put down my luggage, hang a few clothes, sleep, shower and leave in comfort the next day and it did just that.
