2. That night when we arrived back to the hotel, at 9PM, we moved all our stuff into new room to find NO roll-away.

3. Downsides - SMALL rooms, uncomfortable bed (too soft, you roll into the middle of the mattress), waited FOREVER for the airport shuttle to arrive (although it's nice that the hotel has one).
