1. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff we spoke to, the front desk is very efficient, housekeeping was excellent, but the real bonus for us was the concierge desk, their knowledge and friendly attitude really helped make our holiday.

2. I would like to say a big thank you to Barbara on the concierge desk, she really made our trip as she helped us book an amazing restaurant and literally planned where to go and what to see, she is an asset to the hotel.
