1. Great choices for food and drinks on the doorstep and no one at the hotel complained when guests took food into their rooms.

3. The only nice thing about the whole hotel was the sweet spanish girl at the desk that was very helpful and the cookies.

4. The great thing about this hotel is that you can hear zero noise from times square and this area was always noisy.

5. The hotel is clean as well as the rooms, there was enough space for us 3 girls, my only complaint about this room would be the thin duvets on the bed (the actual bed is very comfy) we had to request additional 3 blankets for us.

6. I must also mention that at the security desk at the entrance to the building a young fellow called Walter was both friendly and effortlessly charming - which again adds to the experience of your stay in this hotel.

If you do opt to use this hotel you will NOT be disappointed with anything other than the thin duvets and dry heat the heater gave out and the other member of staff at the concierge desk called Mandeep who by contrast to Barbara was not especially helpful and times a little too obviously fed up of her job.
