1. The room was clean, with a kitchenette and large bathroom.

2. The rooms were clean and comfortable although I personally found the room a little too cold for my liking (it was was -1 outside) and when the heater was on it would tend to dry out the air in the room causing my friend and I to feel dehydrated and slightly ill.
