1. I am pleased to say that housekeeping standards on my recent stays have greatly improved with a few exceptions e.g. take away food bag and dirty napkin found beside my bed and some small insects seen on desk.

4. The food in the hotel was ok but cross the road to Speedy's deli for breakfast, it's fantastic with a huge choice of fresh food with simple seating area available or take out.

5. As with all hotels eating in the hotel or getting room service is expensive, you really don't need to eat in a hotel while you are in NY, you can find food everywhere and much cheaper.

6. The hotel is close to Macy's, Broadway, Koreatown, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Time Square, etc. And lots of restuarants are located at this area too, so do not worry cannot get good food when you stay here.
