1. The bathroom was on the small side and the free wifi was hit and miss but the location trumped everything we looked at .

6. What a difference it made in our trip to have a room with clean new carpet, sleep number beds, nice tv's with a good selection of channels, soft bath towels, free wireless internet, and a staff that is ready to serve you at all areas of the hotel.

But the service was too spotty to make our stay fully enjoyable:- on the first day one of our towels was dirty- we had to explicitly request service to make sure our room got cleaned (we did not get service the first day)- when we got back one day, we found the maid had turned off A/C (on a 40 degree Fahrenheit day)- receiving a package in the mail involved making numerous phone calls to the front desk and waiting in line for a cumulative one hour- the free wifi connection was very poor, even when we upgraded to the fast $13/day wifi, it was not much better- in order to dry your hair you have to keep pressing on a button on the wall- our room had a connecting door, and we were often disturbed by the loud conversations next door.

8. We didn't have cable TV, but we had a very big king size bed, with remote controls to make it more comfortable, free acess to the (wireless) internet, and free acess to a good business center, 24h, including printing without charges.

9. I especially liked the free wifi internet in the rooms and the Keurig individual coffee maker, along with the usual hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and personal room safe.
