1. The bathroom was well designed and I loved the separate bath and the ample generoasly sized towels plus the great illuminated mirrors which are a godsend if you wear contact lenses and are fairly short sighted without.

2. The rooms really are comfortable, luxurious, cosy, fluffy towels, soft furnishings etc. in other words you want to come back to this hotel when you are tired after a day out.

3. They respect the Do Not Disturb sign even when I requested more towels, they called instead of knocking because of the sign that I forgot to remove.

4. The cleanliness was perfect everytwhere and the bathroom with a seperate shower and bathtub with Frette bathrobes and towels and L'Occitane amenities just wonderful for an ultimate destress experience.

7. Also, I'm a sucker for when they lay out all your beauty products on a towel on the sink--I see that a lot at higher end hotels--and they didn't do that here.
