1. The hotel is new and exceptionally clean, the rooms are nice and big, and there is everything that you would want in the kitchen, down to even supplying popcorn for the microwave.

3. But fortunately with continued persuance on my part, they were able to find out that the person who cleaned the room admitted to throwing the bags away,(he said he thought they were trash--FCOL!) I was able to get reinbursed for the merchandise because he did admit to throwing the bags away, otherwise I would not have.
