1. Room was clean, bed was quite comfortable, location close enough to walk (0.8 mile) to Disneyland (save the $15 fee to park at disneyland).

4. An easy 10-15 min walk to DL front gates (we were 2 adults only so not sure how kids will do) my only complaint is that I read many times the rooms come with a microwave & fridge this is NOT true they are both available at an additional fee.

6. We bring our own small fridge so no extra fee there - plus we bring stuff for breakfast (cereal) or hit Winchells on Chapman which my hubby loves.
