8. we just returned from a trip to disney I made reservations for this hotel and roll away beds were included on my reservation, when I check out I noticed there was a charge for roollaway beds and I explain to the front office agent that they were included on my reservation that I also request 2 beds and only 1 was delivered , that it was not set-up in the room but it was left on the hallway for my to move furniture around and figer out my self where to set it up and i have to request this beds 3 times at the hotel not counting that they were requested and also confirmed at time of reservation on their website when we reserve it and were confirmed on e-mail.
