3. Twice we stayed at higher rated properties on trip advisor (downtown once and closer to the mountains where we were going once), but really missed this place and always just book here now.

4. And although it's about 15 minutes away from attractions (downtown), it's a pretty good deal, especially since they have microwaves & fridges in the rooms and serve a full breakfast.
