3. The hotel was pretty centrally located about 15 minutes outside of downtown Denver near the cute neighborhood of WashPark.

4. The surrounding neighborhood is not appealing whatsoever, unless 7 Eleven was a point of interest for your trip to Denver.

5. I'm not sure what connection this Italian theme has with Denver--the surrounding neighborhood isn't particularly Italian--but if the Giorgio theme was charming years ago, it is quite tired now.

6. Outside the hotel was quiet, inside the doors slam when guests go in and out but it quiets down by 10 p.m. The immediate surrounding area is not very impressive, with lots of run down looking strip malls, but there are nicer neighborhoods close by.

7. Cherry Creek, an upscale trendy mall and neighborhood with restaurants is close, though, within a mile.

8. The hotel does have a shuttle that will take you within five miles of the hotel, which is nice because the surrounding neighborhood is not the best.
