1. The only downside I will say, is for a hotel of this caliber, you expect FREE wifi, sadly it was $10 for 12 hours of wifi-no bueno.

2. Our room and bathroom were old fashioned, the ac was very noisy and there were none of the modern conveniences you can get in a cheaper, newer style of chain - e.g. fridge, free wifi.

3. Among those things missing were a fridge with a minibar, a shower cap, a free wifi, a proper blanket - you basically have to cover yourself with a very thick bed cover, which is a bit old and shabby looking - even though you do it on top of a sheet it's still not very hygenic as people put suitcases and so on top of it.

4. We didn't pay for in-room wireless Internet access; there is free wireless in the lobby, as well as free Internet access through a computer in their small business center area.
