5. We tried to check in early since we were all tired and on the road with an infant but they said we would have to wait til 4pm to check in and because it was 90 degrees outside and only 9am we asked if we could atleast have someone sit in the air conditioned lobby with the baby and the woman with the bad attitude and 80s hairstyle said 'we can't have you sitting here all day' .

8. The hotel would not let us check in because the reservation was made via Travel website using a different credit card than what we had with us at the hotel.

9. They only saving grace, was the next evening, I needed fresh towels, due to the fact that the ones left in my room check-in night were dirty, I dealt with a very chearfull and helpful lady named Amie.

I have been to denver not in this and appreciate the price of the hotel I could find nothing at all below 53.00 a night while travelling i missed this one but it looks okay rather than staying on the Greyhound bus and snoring all day long and bothering people on the bus its a deal for a shower and some sleep makes them mad when you do this to them Everywhere i go in florida add fees resort fees up to five bucks a night after check in they tell you im getting my breathing problem checked out.
