1. From the front desk staff who know your likes and dislikes, who remember what room style you prefer and on what floor, from the valets who seem to remember you know matter how long it's been since your last stay, to the room service employees who are genuinely friendly and happy to help you out.

5. The front desk staff was efficient and professional, the concierge was helpful--everyone that I came in contact with was outgoing and friendly.

7. What made the Four Season only Two Seasons for us, was the lack of any real connection with the guests and the staff, especially the front desk, all smiles, but no debth and no real interest in you as genuine guest in a top rate hotel.
