1. I requested a late check out as my flight home was departing at 11:30pm and was extremely pleased when they offered free check out at 2pm, or for $65 I could stay until 6pm.

6. Huge queue for check out and the shuttle bus was late going to the airport - the staff basically couldn't give a toss and told me that it was a 3 minute walk to the airport!(if you look at Google maps you'll see that you have to cross freeways etc - great with suitcases - not.

7. Check out was quiet at 6am, but they tried to charge me for room service breakfast until I explained we'd had vouchers.
