1. On arriving at Orlando Airport after 24 hrs of travelling, I asked where the hotel bus was as I had booked hotel for free shuttle, that's when I discovered there is another Staybridge Suites which is close to the airport, but it is not this one.

2. The shuttle picked us up around 9:45 a.m. to go to Universal and picked us up at Universal at 8:00 p.m. - this made for a nice long day at the theme park.

6. Free shuttle to universal and seaworld was good, usually on time or early with few pick ups at other hotels, but we found return pick up times a bit late for us - pick up from universal was at 8pm, 3hours after universal studios park shut for the day.
