3. He is a very courteous gentleman who went out of his way to make sure my meeting room was set up the way I needed it to be and worked quickly to correct a few minor errors (not enough tables/chairs kind of things) before my meeting started.

9. (thank Klemintina)And then there was Nik- He must be a manager of some sort and got involved when I had no hot water in the room and the only answer maintenance could say was to change rooms- I had already changed rooms twice due to cleaning and maintenance and was not about to do so again.
