1. The location for us was perfect,we are 50, our room was open to the North so we over looked the marina but could still see and hear Ala Moana Blvd, we had our Lanai door open every night with minimal disturbance, sirens you heard no matter what, remember I live in the country.

2. I actually felt a little bad, thinking maybe we WERE disturbing other guests, until one of them approached me on the beach about an hour later, saying that she couldn't believe the attendant had said that to me.
