4. The elevators were under repair more often than not, but this is not a big deal, it is more the condition of the rooms and noise (difficulty sleeping) that led to our disappointment.

5. We did have to wait two days and move rooms to get an ocean front since the hotel was sold out due to weddings for 11-11-11, but the hotel made it very easy for us and it wasn't a big deal.
