1. We had 2 rooms and the rooms had broken tiles, banged up walls, scratched up furniture, problematic A/C units etc.

Popcorn ceilings, ripped wallpaper that was dirty, a teeny tiny bathroom with toilet & shower, the sink outside of this bathroom that backed up to where you would make your coffee or eat your breakfast, broken, yes BROKEN furniture, no 'sitting chair' though there is one pictured on the web that is a chaise lounge, and worst of all, it was FILTHY.
