1. The room temperature was a little difficult to regulate (probably the season).

3. There are a couple of good friendly staff in the restaurant, however when I asked at breakfast if they could toast my daughter's gluten free bread I was told I would have to use the toaster in the buffet (and therefore contaminate it) as it was 'too difficult' to toast it in the kitchen.

8. The Crown Plaza is in a great location for tourists wanting to be in Times Square, but this also makes it difficult to get a taxi and get out of the area as it is very congested.
