1. The automatic door was mostly broken and was really heavy to push, there was occasionally a doorman there but most of the time there was no one to help, even strong men were struggling with it, this was completely ridiculous for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

3. Location fantastic, especially for the teenagers, just more chatty and welcoming staff, more seating in the bar/reception and less ridiculous charges would make this a great hotel.

Tom on reception was fist class in every request we made of him however the show stealer was Keith (the bar) Olsen - his insight into NY was better than having a guide book - he put us right on a couple of restaurant bookings and orchestrated our trip over to Brooklyn - 'it was just ridiculous'.

9. Only minus, the cost of the internet access was ridiculously expensive - 15 dollers a day per devide, so for my laptop, Ipad and Iphone would have been 60 dollars a day, just crazy, so instead we niped out to Starbucks when we needed to check emails and used it instead.
