6. The rooms are a good size (especially for NYC) and the elevators are fast but my room was not as clean as I would have liked it (coffee stains on bathroom door trim and wall, dirt behind night stand, dried blood stain on sheets), and my room had no pen or paper or 'do not disturb' sign.

7. This hotel is dark, as soon as you enter you will understand what I am saying, the positive is that it looks nice enough in the lobby but this translates badly in not being able to detect dirt in the actual hotel rooms; which you may think is a good thing.
