1. The - point: the room was looking fairly old/worn and had paper thin walls/doors so bring along your ear plugs.

3. The paint job was horrible, the TVs were whatever (and yes, I know that`s not what you go to SF for, but at least upgrade them somewhat), the cabinets and furniture were all worn out, and lets not start with the bathroom.
