1. I probably could have complained and I'm sure the staff would have responded quickly, but I didn't want to bother, and my room was so comfortable that I really wasn't too disappointed that I wasn't sleeping.

3. If you can't make it to the hotel, at least go by the bar for a drink with a great view, or go up for a meal, you won't be disappointed.
