2. There are a few complaints on here about the staff, we had great staff they were friendly and welcoming just not very chatty but I wouldn't say they were rude, one night staff even helped us with where we could get late night food.

4. Only complaints were that we had a tiny tiny room and even tinier bathroom, but i believe that's just from it being such an old hotel and them trying to keep the character And integrity of the old building.
