1. Con: We were on the bottom level right across from the pool and just a few doors down from the breakfast room - very very noisy section of the hotel.

4. Only downside we had was the proximity of a nearby parking garage which was quite noisy at times during the night however they seemed to be having a problem with one of their doors as we could hear the automated announcement over and over so this may have been a one off bad night.
