1. She ASSURED me that I in fact was reserved in a Glamour suite, that she would put detailed notes in my reservation, and that if for any reason when I checked in I had a problem, to ask for Jennifer, the front desk manager.

2. My friends had the same problem with their room(no water) and jack hammering, when they went to check out they had charged them resort fees and tried to charge them for someone else's room charges.

5. Had some problems with our tv remote a couple of times, they were up within 10-15 minutes to fix it, they still had an old tv in our room so it would of been nice if they had a flat screen.

8. Works fine unless you get stuck behind someone that has an issue with their bill or a problem with their credit card.

9. By then, I couldn't sleep from being startled, getting upset earlier (couldn't change rooms and internet problem) and being startled a second time from a sound sleep.

10. I have used this tablet with at least 20 different places with wifi and never had a problem like this.
