1. When we check out we complained about the extremely noisy hallway and rooms and the lady was very courteous and gave us a discount on our bill.

4. When we called to complain, the hotel promptly sent someone to sort out the issue, but I do feel that large groups like that should all be placed together on the same floor to minimize disruption to other guests.

8. We were woke up at 8 am on sunday by the cleaning service, which was quite unpleasant, but I can't really complain about it since we didn't put the DND sing on the door.
