7. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful: two calls to the desk regarding problems with the television had someone at the door literally within two minutes, and they were promptly dealt with.

8. This hotel is convenient for access to UCLA but the 'W' and others are as close and don't have the noise problem.

10. -excellent pleasent staff-free internet (we did not ecperience slow internet, so perhaps this problem is solved.
