1. The valet parking is the worst in Beverly Hills with the parking staff having no idea if you are arriving or leaving the hotel to the point of frustration and even after I repeatedly told the front desk and manager about the problem, there was no acknowlegment of how bad it really was.

5. It was of course, as you would expect from the FS, very well-presented, but the room we had (1523 I think) was quite old-school, badly in need of a refurb (although everything was in good condition, it just needed a facelift).

9. I have been staying at this Four Seasons since 1994 (that`s eleven years - the hotel is nearing 20-years old) and I have never once had a bad visit.
