1. Every room is a suite, so you never lack for comfort or space and the 'Anywhere / Anytime / Anything' service model has always worked out whether I needed extra shampoo, a bandaid or a ride in the 'house' Acura.

3. from their Welcome Ambassador that will greet you most times by name when you arrive to a very effecient check in and a world class 'Whatever Whenever' (yes they really mean that) i guarantee that you will not find anything or anyone in the W Staff lacking.

4. what they may lack in Luxery amenities (sorry no Phantom waiting or Butler at your beckon call) they more than make up for in EVERYTHING else.
