6. I usually book the hotel for the fitness room, and I thought I would get the decent quality, but gym was just not working, in my opinion, quite bad.

7. I'd have to get very picky to say that the water pressure was somewhat on the low side, and the second room had a bad aerator on the sink, causing water to flow sideways.

8. In short, I will tell you this: I have NEVER had such a bad hotel experience, not even at a low-end Motel 6 with cockroaches scurrying around (true story).

10. With that in mind, i will tell you this: I have never had as bad an hotel experience as I did here at Kyoto Grand Hotel and Gardens.
