1. 50 a bottle room-temperature 'best water in the world' that gets charged to the room bill if consumed is just a small example of awkward marketing that cheapens the hotel's image.

2. There were no instructions so I tried calling the front desk, but the phone wasn't working in a most awkward way - I could hear them, but they couldn't hear me (presumably).
