1. other reviewers are right about the smell of weed or something in the foyer and by the lifts, and we didn't go to the restaurant for dinner or breakfast, but our rooms were perfectly adequate, clean and comfy.

3. We did smell a whiff of weed smoke (but not cigarette) in the hallways, but hey, it's California, so good luck avoiding that smell.

5. The hotel was a non-smoking hotel but you could smell smoke and the smell of weed/marijuana would fill the hallways.

8. From the outside the hotel looks nice but don't be fooled the rooms smell of smoke, room was dirty and they are in need of renovation.

10. The only thing I didn't like was the overwhelming smell of the greasy fryers from the kitchen of the restaurant that you could smell from the lobby.
