1. The door to the hotel room had a slow-closing mechanism on it to prevent the door from slamming shut, but it was a total pain because you either had to wait for it to close totally, or you had to manhandle it closed.

5. Room service staff was apathetic but timely while the serving staff at the restaurant were pleasing but slow, at least with me - I had to ask for my check 4 times and the restaurant wasn`t 1/4th full.
