2. No refrigerator, no fan in the bathroom to take steam away, ripped shower curtain, dirty breakfast dishes were left in hallway all afternoon and evening (even though our room was cleaned after we saw the dishes at 3 pm).

4. - Carpet is dirty and just plain old- Parking is alright: not that cheap but then again most hotels in this area charge for parking.
