2. The sheets were too small to fit the bed, carpet filthy and exuded a bad smell, ran out of hot water during showers, AC loud but couldn't shut down due to carpet odor, also had switch plate covers dangling from wall.

3. Depending on how loud the AC turns on and off, which varies depending on the room, I`ve generally found I get a restful night`s sleep only when wearing earplugs, but I`m a fairly light sleeper.
