1. unfortunately my experience with the Queen and Crescent was similar to those of the previous negative reviews.

2. unfortunately, the hotel was overbooked, and customers who had already paid were turned away and sent to a hotel on the Westbank of New Orleans that was in no way comparable to the Queen & Crescent.
