3. unfortunately we only made it to one reception because it was over at 7:30pm & we weren't back yet, so my only sugggestion would be to start it a bit later and maybe end it at 8 or 8:30pm.

4. A big attraction was the location above a Metro station, as we were traveling with an elderly person in a wheelchair and are unfortunately familiar with the distances to walk downtown from parking lots (far from the monuments.

6. I, unfortunately didn't really know where I was going after leaving the train at Friendship Heights station, so I took an elevator to street level and ended walking a block to the hotel down Wisconsin Ave.
